I have joined two of my great loves, history and art through my series of colored pencil renderings of favorite buildings and locales around the South Puget Sound. Through my art I have attempted to capture the beauty of this part of the world and hopefully shared my pride for the area with others. I have found that images of popular places bring fond memories flooding back to those of us who remember our lives through them.

Since beginning my art career in 1995, I have spent many years perfecting my technique for rendering realistic images of favorite subjects. That perseverance has led me to become an instructor of colored pencil and also to author a book on my other favorite subject, animals and pets.
